The hotel is conveniently located close to the slopes, making it easy to get into your street clothes for the trip down the mountain. The rooms offer unbelievable views, with some even better than the slightly nicer Hotel Valle Nevado.
The hotel staff is not overly helpful, and customer service is not a priority.

The hotel offers stunning views and easy access to skiing, making it a top pick for winter sports enthusiasts. the friendly staff and pleasant lounging areas contribute to a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. Bonus points for the delicious food options in the on-site restaurants.
The prices for food and drinks are quite steep, which can quickly add up to a significant expense. Another downside is the limited options for snacks and other food items to take with you on the go.

Great complementary facts like the towels for the pool and the ski valet service. Key location with direct access to the slopes. Cozy atmosphere and great fireplace in the lobby to enjoy après-ski moments.
Limited dining options with high prices. Lack of awareness regarding food allergies as a guest shared her negative experience with Celiac Disease.
